What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

The Lin de France team prepares your package within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Lin de France offers two delivery methods in mainland France:

  • Home delivery or pickup point delivery with Colissimo

Delivery fees start from €6.14 and are calculated based on the weight of your package.

Delivery time varies between 2 to 4 working days.

  • Pickup point delivery with Mondial Relay

From €4.20, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package.

Delivery takes 3 to 6 working days.

Free delivery via Mondial Relay for purchases over €180, anywhere in mainland France.

  • Delivery in Europe with Colissimo to a pickup point

We also offer delivery in Europe via Colissimo to a pickup point, the leading European network. Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination country and package size. Delivery starts from 3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow its journey to you!

How can I pay for my order?

Our entire site is secure, you can browse and order without risk

On our online store, you can pay by:

  • Credit card: secure payment by Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard.

Can I come pick up my order at the workshop?

At Lin de France, you can pick up your order free of charge directly from our workshop, located at 1341 RD6015, 76190 Valliquerville, France.

To do so:

  1. Contact us beforehand via this link or by email at contact@lindefrance.fr.

  2. When placing your order, select the "Workshop pickup" option as your delivery method.

  3. As soon as your package is ready, you will be informed and will have a maximum of 14 days to come and collect it.

👉 This service is completely free and allows you to receive your products without delivery charges.
